Q. How do I reset My Library account PIN?

To reset your PIN, visit the My Library login page and click on "Forget your PIN?" 

Enter your username and click "Submit." A reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your Aeon account. Please note that messages may filter to spam or junk mail folders.
