Log in to your Aeon account (

Check the Outstanding Requests table periodically to find out the status of your request. Statuses are as follows:

Awaiting Request Processing (call slip has yet to be printed)

In Item Retrieval (staff have received your request and are retrieving the item)

In Ahmanson Reading Room (item is at the Ahmanson desk)

Item on Stacks Reserve (item is in the stacks holding area behind the desk)

An important tip: instead of hitting the "Refresh" button to view the most current statuses of your requests, click on "Outstanding Requests" on the left-side navigation menu to refresh the table.
